What am I paying for if my systems are quiet?

You are paying for systems that stay up, a defined stream of improvements, and a guaranteed response time. Some months need little work, some need a lot; the price does not change. You get a health report either way.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Up or down, with one month notice. No penalty.

What's the minimum commitment?

3 months. After that, cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Do you replace a full-time AI engineer?

For most early-stage teams, yes. Once you need someone full-time, the Care Plan becomes a bridge while you hire.

Can I add team members?

Yes. Any number of your teammates can submit requests through your shared channel.
