2. What information we collect
- Contact information you submit voluntarily (name, email, company) through the contact form, scheduling embed, or direct email.
- Booking metadata from Cal.com when you schedule a call (name, email, timezone, selected slot).
- Anonymous usage analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (Real User Measurements). Cloudflare collects aggregate page views, referrers, country-level location, browser type, and page-load performance. No cookies are set, no personal identifiers are stored, and no cross-site tracking is performed.
- We do not run advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or session replay tools.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and schedule scoping calls.
- To deliver services purchased or contracted by you.
- To understand which pages and referrers drive traffic, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.
4. Service providers
- Cal.com for scheduling. Handles booking data per their privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics (analytics and DNS/CDN) — privacy-first, cookieless, GDPR-compliant by design.
- Email provider. Currently a personal mailbox under aqib@thisisaqib.com.
- Hosting provider. Vercel or equivalent.
5. Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing aqib@thisisaqib.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. International data transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you consent to your data being processed in the US under US data-protection laws. We do not transfer your data to any country with materially weaker data-protection standards than your own.
7. Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
