I started building automations for service businesses in 2024 after watching agency operators waste 20 to 40 hours a week on reporting, onboarding, lead handling, and internal coordination work that machines should have been doing for them.

The pattern was always the same. The team knew the work was repetitive. They tried Zapier. The Zapier flow broke. They tried hiring a junior. The junior left. They tried buying off-the-shelf software. It didn't fit. So they kept doing the work by hand.

What changed in 2024 is that LLMs made the gnarly parts of automation possible. The "if this email is about X, do Y" logic that used to require a developer's whole afternoon can now be one well-prompted Claude call. Agents can read documents, route tickets, decide when to escalate. Workflows can self-heal.

I build the systems that close that gap. I work solo, ship in 4 to 6 weeks, and charge flat fees. The work I take on falls into AI agents, automations, workflows, and internal AI tools. I work across stacks: n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, JavaScript, Claude, OpenAI, whatever fits the problem.
