What happens to unused hours?

Up to 30% of unused hours roll over to the next month. Beyond that they reset.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Up or down, with one month notice. No penalty.

What's the minimum commitment?

3 months. After that, cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Do you replace a full-time AI engineer?

For most early-stage teams, yes. Once you need someone full-time, the retainer becomes a bridge while you hire.

Can I add team members to the retainer?

Yes. Any number of your teammates can submit requests. I track work per requestor for transparency.
